The custom base is the semi-auto "H&K USP," known for its high durability and accuracy thanks to conventional design thinking and a polymer frame. As evidenced by the "kendo" imprint on the slide's right side, this is a custom gun crafted by gunsmith Joe Kendo.

The gun employs a silver slide, a Picatinny standard under rail, and a compensator. The finger channel on the grip is also eye-catching. However, the true nature of the "SG-09 R" customization is not in the custom parts themselves. Even when disassembled, the component parts appear no different from those of a typical USP Style. However, everything was re-examined, from the shape to the material of the parts, and a high-precision reconstruction was carried out, resulting in a completely different firearm that was reborn not just through customizations or remakes.
