E-Commerce & Marketing Operation Supervisor

E-Commerce Operations & Marketing Manager

Oversee e-commerce and marketing operations, including platform management, strategy development, supply chain coordination, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer service inquiries via email, social media, and phone (both domestic and international).
Resolve customer issues, process orders, and manage feedback.
Manage online store operations, including product listings, order processing, and logistics (shipping documentation, invoicing, etc.).
Supervise work and provide guidance.

Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or higher with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Fluent in English & Chinese (written/spoken), English typing, and Windows & Microsoft Office proficiency.

Preferred experience:
Airsoft/Wargame industry knowledge
Photography (Photoshop & Lightroom Classic)
eCommerce platforms (Magento/Shopify)
Customer service experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, patience, attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
Location: Mong Kok Kowloon, Hong Kong

電子商貿營運及市場推廣經理

職責︰
- 管理和監督電子商務和市場運營相關業務，包括管理電子商務平台、制定市場策略、協調供應鏈、管理團隊和確保客戶滿意度。
- 電郵、社交平台及語音上的客戶服務回覆，解答、跟進等。
- 解決各種客戶服務問題、查詢、回饋及跟進訂單。（海外及本地）
- 網店客戶、訂單管理及產品上傳。
- 訂單出貨、入提單資料及開單。
- 監督工作及指導。

資歷及經驗︰
- 大專程度或以上，2年經驗
- 中英文閱讀寫，中英文打字，英文為主，WIN 操作，Microsoft Office。
- Wargame Airsoft 玩具氣槍 / 攝影 PS LrC 應用 / e-Shop Magento Shopify / Customer Service 客戶服務 經驗優先。
- 電子商務知識和經驗、市場營銷、客戶服務導向、團隊合作及相關行業經驗。
- 良好溝通技巧，處事細心有禮貌，良好應變技巧，能耐心處理客戶要求，勤力守時，有責任感及能獨立工作。
